Once in my career , my manager asked me to resolve issue. Situation is like one server is at india and second server is at london.
I worked in development environment and i need to copy code from one server to another location server.
I write a batch file with xcopy command , problem is our network was not steady and some packet drops are there. So once connectivity breaks out the data copy failed.
After google I found guide robocopy command on dlightdaily tech blog. It help me lot as robocopy command can start the remaining data copy when network will be connected.
So as on poorer network its worked !
